They are waiting on the delivery of a few brown envelopes from golden boy promotions before coming to their conclusion.

lol doubt it, canelo punches with alot of velocity in all his punches, and add his big muscles to that and hes bound to get tired quickly. i seee the fight going the same as the first one, with ggg probably getting robbed with an L this time.

Trace is a vague term used to make people take a blind eye to it. You really think the Lab director doesn't know how much money is on the line ?
Who do you think pays for the tests ?
God you must be Canelo's cousin or something...

I was thinking they will clear Canelo after the rematch but still ban him for few months.

According to WADA, it's unreasonable to expect an athlete who lives in a country where contaminated meat to eat clean meat. They recognize that it has been scientifically established that an athlete can test positive for clenbuterol at low levels following ingestion of contaminated meat. They recognize that it's an "unsatisfactory problem", and they say and it's unreasonable (in WADA's professional opinion not mine) to put the burden of proof on the athlete in these cases.

In blood and urine everything appears in trace amounts genius. Lab director doesn't make a difference, officially published levels do. Canelo's levels were ESPECIALLY HIGH for Clenbuterol.

Your cringeworthy namecalling is infantile. Grow up, I'm not twisting the lab director's words. That's what the lab director said.

The burden of proof is he failed the test. He is now guilty. He needs to provide evidence on the meat.

Yes you are you dishonest ****. The lab director has got nothing to do with any ruling. That said, why don't you quote his full statement eh?

I'll leave it to the experts to determine what is too high for it to be from contaminated meat. The official statement made it clear that the sample was consistent with contaminated meat. Surely the professional who made that statement has more experience and expertise in the field of drug testing and clenbuterol than you do to determine what that threshold is. For weeks we've been hearing that the burden of proof is on Canelo, people on this forum have been making BS statements for weeks acting like they know it all when they don't know jack **** about PEDs or clenbutrol.

Here is Lance Armstrong explaining how to do it right. They as in his US Postal team have their own chefs/cooks/food prep to avoid getting caught from all sides. False contamination my ass...

lol the burden of proof is he failed the test? WTF kind of response is that, that statement doesn't even make sense.

WADA states that in clenbutrol cases "the anti-doping community views it as unreasonable to put the burden of proof on the athlete, i.e. to prove that the meat, which he or she had consumed, was contaminated;"

    :deal:

I know this destroys your whole argument, sorry, just reporting how WADA handles these situations. It's contrary to what you're saying. You and many others have been exposed by yours truly as a complete and utter BS artist as far as where the burden of proof is in these types of cases. It's not on Canelo, that statement makes it crysteal clear. What you are trying to argue is clearly contrary to WADA's policy on clenbuterol cases. No point in making more of a mockery of yourself. It sucks for you that you got schooled, at this point, it's best for you to just take the L and admit that what you're saying is false, that's the burden of proof is NOT on Canelo.
