Nah he beats anyone at 140. Who would be favored over him at 140 right now?

There is no nobody today at 140 who could beat him at 140. Not even Garcia, Mikey is just too small and Crawford is also a better fighter IMO too.

Crawford would beat Tszyu as well.

That's why you fight the fights. Garcia, and Prograis would be tough fights for Crawford right now. Favored, over them yeah, Crawford would be. But the more time that passes, the more time Prograis gets better. He's a guy Crawford should fight now, as opposed to getting beat by him a couple years down the line.

Crawford didn't have a choice of staying at 135. He was too big for that division and staying there would have detrimental to his health and performance. He was drained against Gamboa and it showed a little bit. Even though he is a talented fighter he has been a weight bully throughout his career. I think that criticism is justified.

But then you have guys like Errol Spence who is a weight bully at 147. He's a massive WW and it would be interesting to see Crawford and Spence fight. It would be interesting to see how a weight bully Crawford can deal with being weight bullied by a bigger guy.

Boxing these days does have a problem with weight bullies. Due to the day before weigh in, and all these expert nutritionists who know how to get guys to cut so much weight.

Vernon Forrest, Oscar De La Hoya, Mike Jones, Paul Williams, Kermit Cintron, Antonio Margarito etc, were all guys who fought at welter for years, and were bigger than this so called massive Errol Spence.

There's a lot of hate on both sides here. Some people saying ridiculous things about Crawford, and others saying ridiculous things about Tszyu.

Objectively speaking, I'd have to give Crawford the edge at this point. He's simply shown a variety of dimensions, while Tszyu had only one.

Granted, Tszyu would be by FAR Crawford's best junior welterweight opponent, but I think Crawford is skilled enough to survive Tszyu's offense, and gain the advantage, pulling away late.

Too many Crawford haters picking apart Crawford's flaws and resume, while ignoring Tszyu's holes, ignoring his lack of intangibles, and ignoring the fact that he was too much of a ***** to fight Philips a second time.

LMFAO. Oscar is a former SFW champ. He's smaller than Spence is. I'll give you Jones he was huge. But Margarito would often times rehydrate to only 155 pounds or so in his prime. Unlike Spence who blows up well north of 160.

Spence is more muscular than all those guys except for Jones.

Lol at you lecturing anyone about not hating. Your track record of Tszyu hating tops anyone who has posted on this thread.

As for not fighting Phillips a second time, if he'd fought him straight up after getting stopped the first time he would have been again. It was by rebuilding slowly & carefully that allowed him to go further than he did the first time he became world champion.

Correct decision not to rematch Cool Vince straight up & only a dumbo would say otherwise.

As for not rematching him later on, by the time Cool Vince had lost the title, he was considered past it & American tv wasn't interested in him as an opponent. The guy they really wanted Tszyu to fight was a heavily hyped young upstart who had easily beaten the guy who had taken the title off Phillips. His name? Zzzzzzzzab Judah. Zabba Dabba Doo.

Judah was a 3 to 1 on favourite to beat Tszyu and become the next great American hypejob (in much the same way as Dud Crawford is now).

Someone forgot to tell Tszyu to follow the script.

In his first 11 fights he'd beaten LaPorte, Bramble and Lopez....hell Fuentes would of beaten Burns.

As for Crawford and him moving up...yeah sure it's good on paper but look at the calibre of fighters he's faced. When an overweight, inactive, tiny armed Gamboa is your best win by light years you know you have problems.

Infact I'm sure (I could be wrong) but you was championing Indongo as being a very good win....the Prograis showed his true level.

Crawford is good but Tszyu would of been undefeated with the fighters he's so far fought.

Tszyu would scramble Dud Crawford like an egg.

    Not even close.

Can Dud go 16 years with only one loss?

    Yeah rrrrrrrrright.

Maybe so but Crawford wasn't facing quality like this so early, also they would be some of top wins right now.

Honestly, what do you think ate Crawfords top 3 or 5 wins?

Oscar being a former super featherweight titlist has no bearing on the fact that at 5'10 1/2 to 5'11, he was a bigger welter than Spence is. For all this Spence is a weight cheat talk, where are Spence's fight night weights?
