Canelo popped for Clenbuterol

I kinda doubt it since there have been talks of O'Sullivan facing Canelo.

 

Can’t see any use from that fight.
If he’s just trying to stay active throw one of the mandos in the ring, there are 3 guys waiting for a shot, Derevyachenko being the most logical one.

If Canelo does get banned, Saunders should be the priority, then clean up loose ends and retire. No one (with enough sense to walk and chew a chewing-gum at the same time) would hold anything against him. Spike is not the guy you fight when you’ve got legacy (or money) on your mind at the end of your career.

 

It's a shame 3G cannot likely sue GBP for breach of contract or loss of income. Remember, it was GBP who insisted 3G could not fight in December when we wanted to.

 

Why?

1. 1st fight wasn't even that good. Both guys promised a war & it wasn't. Canelo stamina killed him, while GGG was very hesitant. Fight was just ok

2. This will be a shocker, but I am FOR harsher penalties against PED users. Do i believe Canelo is a PED abuser? Nope. They foud traces, similar amount that suggests meat contamination. BUT, it is team Canelos fault for being careless. So would i agree with suspension? No. But I would understand a little.

3. I do believe NSAC is being idiotic here. They are saying its levels of meat contamination but are going to suspend him it seems... Dumb move

4. Even if/when Canelo wins, idiots will cry PEDs when he would have been tested 1000x

5. Most likely scenario, Canelo gets suspended & fight gets pushed to September. GGG most likely opponent? Don't hold your breath. Loffler won't throw him in with anyone dangerous b4 the big payday. Maybe Spike O Sullivan, BJS already said he won't be ready (scared, no way they let him fight Charlo. Andrade too risky/dangerous/little reward...

 

Dreveychenko too dangerous also, it won't happen but thats a good bout

Derevyanchenko has only had 2 fights that were 12 rounders lol, but you think it's somehow a good idea to put him up against the #1 middleweight ?
When it comes to Andrade, he got knocked down by Alantez Fox, I really don't see him doing that good against Golovkin lol.

**** canelo he's one of my favourites . I don't care about him using peds or not I don't care. I just want to see ggg fight other people . This whole ggg canelo is mostly drama. I want to see derevyanchenko or andrade vs ggg . Don't say what about charlo, jacobs , these guys are all booked charlo fighting in April so is jacobs saunders is fighting in June. Andrade and derevychenko are the only two best options left .

 

Bob Bennett released a statement saying he has completed his investigation, and has scheduled a disciplinary hearing for April 18th. So we will have to wait even longer to get a resolution as to the status of the bout.

 

If the investigation has been completed already, couldn't they conceivably move the hearing up, rather than back? What's the point of the extra time if they're not using it to investigate?
