This made me lol. Needed a laugh this morning as well, cheers. It's like that feeling when you've lumped on a 'tip' and the jockey falls off on their way out of the stalls haha

Price will get sparked by a self inflicted uppercut.

Ha that's why we love boxing! I told a mate that he should stick money on Buglioni going through distance and outpointing Johnson due to his long lay off. He lost 20 quid in 20 seconds. Whoops!

In response to the question however. No not a chance. He has a heart for taking the fights he does. But it's going to be painful, in the hilarious way, to watch. All the best for a speedy recovery Pricey.

He'll be knocked out within a round. He needs his license taken off him.

No. Even though he's a puncher i can't even give him a punchers chance.

Povetkin in 1 or 2. Would love to be wrong though.

    Terrible matchmaking.

I got 59/1 on Price stopping Povetkin and Parker winning on points. Only a bit of fun but decent odds them.

Come on Pricey, shock the world mate!!!

Price doesn't and cannot throw a jab.

Povetikin by nasty knockout , when it slows down around the 6th its going to get nasty.

Want Price to do it so badly. I keep coming up with scenarios why he can win. How will this old Povetkin who’s not on drugs cope fighting outside of Russia? He didn’t stop his last two opponents so maybe he’s not landing the bombs anymore for whatever reason.

Then I think, what if Price can come in with his head right and not be gun shy like he said he won’t. What if he can use them levers like he should against a man 6 inches shorter and throw with the spite he used to on the way up.
‘Price is back’ posted a video when this fight was announced of Price on his way up knocking people out throwing 4/5 punch combos with speed and venom. I’d almost forgot how frightening he used to look and I’d definitely forgot how fast and very light on his feet he was for 6 foot 8/9. If you look at his face and shoulders it looks like he’s coming in light which I think he should have always carried on doing. It all makes you start to hope a bit.

Then you see him on his open work out and he looks like a novice who’s been in the gym a couple of months. I know some people don’t look easy on the eye when shadow boxing, particularly the big fellas but there was something about it that bumped me right down to earth. Before this I was gaining hope which is natural when one of your men is coming up to a big fight. He’s working with his long friend Derry and he has Franny Smith back in his team in some way so hopefully he won’t get so nervous and not burn the energy and be goosed by the 2nd round like we’ve seen before. I honestly believe most of his problems are mental which is a huge shame.

I’m still going to throw a tenner on Price ko. Whatever happens I’ll be shaking like a pooing dog by the time they finish their ring walks. COME ON PRICEY!!

He’s in Derry’s gym so I think it’s the Vaughan’s and Derry Mathews but Franny Smith is back aswell in some capacity.
