Rewatch the fight. Haye was clearly dominating until his leg went. You could even see Bellews face light up when he spotted Haye was on legged. That was not a win. A true fighter would be ashamed of calling that a legit win. But after the battering he took from Stevenson I suppose he will take what he can get.

Haye would then have world titles and be investing most of his time into getting a Joyce a title shot.. against himself ?

Haye would vacate and let Joyce box Chisora for one of them.

Of course he'll take what he can get. The guy said his kids will have to visit him in hospital and next thing you know the same guy becomes a punch bag, I don't blame Bellew one bit for capitalising on an ankle injury.

Haye was ahead in the fight but Bellew was the quicker man.

He may be a knob but he is a legend in the game. Undisputed cruiser champ. Took Valuevs belt. The toe debacle. The trash talk. He is good for boxing and not fake. He is the original "flashy flash" who "actually wanna be a wannabe "...

Tongue in cheek with some truth. I suppose it depends on your definition of legend.

He's something that ends in 'end' but it isn't that.

It is funny when casual fans like you keep bringing up this heavyweight is too small or that heavyweight is too small. Haye is a 6'2 220 pound modern sized heavyweight. Every heavyweight doesn't have to be 6'6 and neither does being 6'6 help you.

A prime Haye would knock out AJ and Wilder in the same night. Which isn't really saying much about David.
