Anthony Joshua vs. Alexander Povetkin.

Hopefully this happens so we can stop hearing about Povetkin and his annoying fans.

 

Povetkin would have been KO`d in two rounds by Wlad if he fought as open as this he was dreadful! I feel an old George Foreman would have given AJ more trouble from the 90`s!

 

He doesn`t have the counter punch ability of Parker, Joseph would have toyed with Price why didn`t he try to finish Pov off when he had him in all sorts of trouble.

 

He should fight Parker first!

 

What did he do that was technically better than AJ yesterday he was awful and Wlad was far harder to hit at 41 than Pov is now, he`s wide open.

Povetkin? No need he's all ready mandatory and not getting any younger.

 

Pov is easy to hit with the jab.

 

All AJ did was jab.

Povetkin brings a totally different skillet to the table and put in a very sound performance in bringing Price's defence down.

Are you honestly telling me what AJ did last night technically was some sort of outstanding performance?

 

Parker has a better chin than Pov even though Price is a big puncher he wouldn`t hurt Parker or certainly wouldn`t catch him as easy as he did last night when he hit Pov a lot, so I feel Parker should be made a mandatory contender instead.

 

How do you know he does?

Outside of the big left hook that didn't drop Povetkin, Price landed next to nothing.

 

No but it would have been enough to box the ears off of Price who wouldn`t have landed a punch. AJ`s defense is better than Pov`s and Price`s. In saying that Price was open to the body but so was AJ last night just to balance my reply.

 

I don't think Povetkin has the power to even hurt, never mind KO Joshua. Joshua probably walks right through Povetkin and probably wouldn't even need to respect Povetkin's power. That's why I think this fight could end in the very first round by brutal KO for Joshua.

 

He staggered in the first round.

 

Joshua ought to be able to beat Povetkin. Watching AP fight Price, AP looked impressive swarming in with left hooks to the body and occasionally going upstairs but Price does not have Joshua's uppercut to keep Povetkin off him.

 

This HW division is the worst in my lifetime
