Try to keep the weight on both feet. You seem to fall over on your front foot.

Hard to tell from just shadow boxing

Id try focus a bit on:
    - Head movement
    - Transferring the weight, seems to be on your front foot a lot
    - Fully twisting your hips in the backhands, get the max power you can out of it
    - Bit of footwork, getting in range and getting your combo off and then getting back out of range / switching angle and following up on the combo

    Goodluck!

Your feet are too much in line, front to back. Slide your right foot directly to the right about 3 inches and you will maintain balance and be able to get turned on your right hand. Also, you let your right foot get too far behind your body, probably in trying to stabilize your body because of the problem noted above. Get your right foot under your right shoulder and you will be able to turn your weight on your left hook.

    Boa sorte! [/ QUOTE]

Very, very thanks! i will correct
