Anthony Joshua on Deontay Wilder: “I heard [reports] there’s $100m on the table! He wants a 60/40 split? Offer me $60m and you take the rest. I’ll take that in a heartbeat. Give me $50m dollars up front and I'll take that fight tomorrow! It’s not real.”

Cmon then Team Wilder....make an offer.

Considering you have the 'American market' you can afford this easily, right?

Where did they pull this 100 million dollars thing from anyway? We know what Joshua brings to the table and we know what Wilder brings to the table, the end result leans towards a 90-10% split. But yet again team Wilder are just making things up again, throwing random numbers out there and the Wilder fans are lapping it up.

But then im still waiting for a Wilder fan to explain why Wilder is worth more than 15 million and an offer for 15 million is so bad when he is usually worth less than 2.

There another offer I'm unaware of? Last I heard it was 12 million.

Also, 100 million may come from here,

Hearn said last year that he'd hope the fight would be so big it could make $100 million.

Wilder and his team used this figure to claim the $12 million offer (or whatever it was, was too low).

So now Joshua has called their bluff....

Wilder demands 60/40 of a $100 million fight - So Joshua says ok, give me $50 million then.

Cool, that had nothing to do with the 12 million offer or Hearn talking about the projected earnings for the fight (in other words, my post).

You said there wasn't an offer....there is.

Wilder demanded 60/40 and that 12 million was 'insulting' for a 100 million fight.

Joshua accepted 60/40 and told them to pay him 50 million.

Joshua has accepted the demands....Will team Wilder pay up?

I asked for a source for the 15 million dollar offer, because the last I heard of it was 12. Where are you getting there is no offer from?

I see Team Wilder have still to actually offer or counter offer anything. After all Wilders talk it is still all one way traffic here. Are we actually sure Wilder wants this fight? Laughing offers off via social media is not really helping to get the job done here.

And im still waiting to find out why Wilder is worth more than 15 million. Because it "maybe, possibly, hopefully could make 100"??? Based on what? Apparently it is the American market, the American market that doesnt really care about Anthony Joshua and doesnt seem interested in watching Wilder fights when he is on a prime time slot but this fight would be PPV in the afternoon.

I can see Wilder with the American market and the fact it is for every single belt pushing that money up but not to 100 million, Wilders popularity is so low there is no way it jumps that high.

No way wilder will make £50m lol yeah Joshua maybe he's the easiest fighter to promote he's been made out to be a real fighter when he isn't there's countless heavies who deserve the fight more wilder doesnt he's had one test in 39 fights lol Joshua's had one in klit Parker had a punches chance , aj v Wilder is another bar fight to guys scared to lose simply fighting for money that's all no heart in either of them don't see why fighters moan over millions if ypu offered me £20 to fight GGG I'd take the offer for the simple fact winning and becoming great means more than money money cannot buy that fights a joke , fury's back will fight bums till next year no doubt then finally decide to step up for the winner or Joshua or wilder

"There another offer I'm unaware of? Last I heard it was 12 million."

That's where you claim there isn't another offer....despite Joshua accepting Team Wilder's demands.

How do you use apostrophes and not periods?
Again, the post you are quoting is asking where the 15 million figure put forth by Ukansodoff is coming from. Or are you saying that if Wilder offers Joshua 50 million he will in the end come out with 15? Because the flow of this conversation thus far has been,
    Ukansodoff questioning Wilder's claim to a purse split greater than 90 - 10, "Wilder doesn't deserve 15"
Me asking for a source and clearly referencing the 15 million, "Thought it was 12, there another offer?"
OpinionOfACasual, "AJ said he would fight if Wilder gave him 50 million"

There is no offer of a flat 15 million. 1st reports were 10 to 15 and it came through as 12.5. Im just still going off that 1st report. Ive not been saying he has had an offer of 15 million flat im just asking is he even worth that, but i can change it to is Deontay Wilder actually worth 12.5 million?

    Sorry to cause any confusion.
