Just as interesting a fight as Wilder imo. Possibly more intruiging. Obviously Joshua is the heavy favorite given how cumbersome Povetkin looked against Price. But Povetkin could easily show up in better shape and surprise people.

Legacy wise this is the most significant fight out there for Joshua.

Povetkin is old and washed up. In his prime he was a superior specimen, now he is facing a roided up hype job.

Tough fight for AJ imo.... dumb move by Hearn. They should have just made the Wilder fight happen.

Replace Wilder for AJ and replace Ortiz for Povetkin then we can re use about 400 pages of content with out having to type it all out again..

    Genius!!!

I'm not sure Povetkin took training seriously for Price... he didnt take price seriously, as he shouldn't... But he will against Joshua. We will see a Povetkin thats going all in, putting it all on the line, for his legacy, for his motherland. Povetkin isn't faded, he was a little bit unmotivated due to all the scandals and cancelled fights.. I would have been frustrated too if I was framed for PEDS... but he's back now, and I'm just stoked for this fight...

Not a fight i want to see in all honesty.

I don't care if you're 'not taking Price seriously'......

You don't lose your power, and he looked weak against Hammer and Price.

A good big un beats a good little un and all that jazz.

    I'm glad.

It's not the greatest fight, but Povetkin is on his way out.

I'm glad he got his final title shot before he turned 40.

Unfortunately, I think he's just too old. Even at 38.

Oh well. One final title shot and a big loss to send him off into retirement.

I'll be rooting for him. I just don't see it happening.

Nope *****, don't do that. He was prime and all when Wilder had to face him, but now he's old, eh?
I can't wait to see your sissy posting about how AJ and Eddie are ripping him off financially for the fight. All that BS you spun against Wilder and his money split will be karma for Povetkin.

Povetkin is old and washed up. I hope Wilder knocks out Joshua, then I hope Wilder gets knocked out.

    Hows that for you?
