She's pretty. No idea who she is I think she's a new blood. She wants some of that DDD from GGG.

Here's the same interview from a different angle

He never had the dimensions or style of fighting that would lead to success at 168. I think he/his team has always felt this way. Constant lures for favorable one-offs at 168 and he has never taken them. Also, people get too used to fighters going through three or so divisions successfully nowadays. Especially not a n easy or common thing from middleweight and up. Golovkin wasn't still growing by the time he arrived on the pro circuit. Ultimately, I can appreciate a fighter who stays and owns a single division as much as the guy who achieves a high ranking in multiple divisions. That said, he has left big and potential legacy boosting fights on the table over the years by not moving up. But that's fine; it's his career and his purse.

People make WAAY too big a deal out of moving up in weight. Moving up depends greatly on natural weight, when started and at what weight, body type, and age. Idiots saying "well, so-so moved up, why can't 3G?" tend to be simplistic fools who are just looking to crap on 3G.

He's ducking Jermallo because he knows Jermallo isn't going to be able to make 160 for much longer

Yeah, going up a division at 36 years of age when you can comfortably still make 160 pounds and there are is plenty still to do at 160 would be a master stroke wouldn't it? Not.

Hes a small MW. 165 like a month before the fight. Maybe part of his punch resistance comes from not having to cut

He doesn't want to fight Gilberto Ramirez.

Ramirez has called him out for over a year, and GGG keeps saying no.

Well, those same fools wanted guys from 147 to move up for GGG. Don't forget his Mayweather chase when he was willing to go full Christian Bale Machinist for the fight. GGG would have been at the weigh-in for Floyd looking like this.
