He will get exposed as soon as he steps up his opposition level, that is why he is holding out for Golovkin or Canelo. Jacobs isn't more skilled than Williams. He is just bigger, takes a better punch, and has more power. Golovkin isn't all that skilled, and doesn't have a good boxing IQ, as we saw in his repetitive attacks that Canelo mostly avoided.
I think Jermallo's a decent fighter for an American. I don't think he could ever hang in Euro Class but I think he could hold his own a level or two below it.
