Kris George is fighting Josh Kelly for the Commonwealth Welterweight title on 16th June in Newcastle, UK. Tough fight for George but a chance to make a name against a very hyped prospect.
Lucas Browne is looking to return on July 4 at the Star Sydney Casino . " I'm hoping to be back on that show. I suffered a twisted ankle but i'm 90 % now and should be ready to fight by then . " Browne then hopes to head back to UK because that where the money is. " Get a win and then start looking at the big names in the UK . " Lenny Zappavigna to face unbeaten American Alex Saucelo 27 - 0 17 ko on Horn vs Crawford undercard.
Cheers for the update there. Don't know a lot first hand about Kelly. But I see although he has only been a pro for barely a year, his last win was against Molina.
Yeah, Molina is definitely on the slide, but not completely shot to sh*t. Was a good win for Kelly in his 6th pro fight and says alot about his potential I think.
What about the bloke in the RBR thread who reckoned Hooper was a white guy? Can a white guy play the didgeridoo like that? Super Hooper & Tim the Toolman are my two favourite Australian fighters. It's going to be fun to see how far they can go. In fact, in a few short fights, it's already been a lot of fun. Fly Guy Jai & Diamond Dave are my next favourites & in terms of overall performance, have probably been more convincing. I think Super Hooper & Tim the Toolman have a bit more personality though. A bit of extra charisma that makes them interesting to follow.
Its great to see this thread going so strong as a tribute to a good poster with a great sense of humor Stiflers Mum He is sorely missed One thing I always meant to ask him What does his name mean Why choose Stiflers Mum ??_)
Well, it was a character portrayed by actress Jennifer Coolidge in the movie American Pie, sort of the quintessential MILF. Apologies if you knew that already but were more curious as to what made him choose that specifically.
Was a man of refined tastes as well, I had many a good wank over Ms. Coolidge myself (though I was never a big fan of the Pie movies, but I remember her from other projects like Pootie Tang and most of the Christopher Guest films (post-Spinal Tap), and from being Jerry's masseuse girlfriend on Seinfeld.
Looking forward to George-Kelly then. Step up for George, but he has been accumulating some reasonable scalps.
