Honestly it looked like a flash knockout, it wasn't particularly powerful shots that put Quintana down; That as well as the fact that despite the relatively short duration of the fight Quintana didn't show the head movement he had in the first fight. Cotto on the otherhand dismantled Quintana, that last left hook to the body absolutely destroyed him.

This is ******ed. Williams got his ass beat in the first fight. In the second fight he caught Quintana cold. It happens, doesn't mean it always will. We didn't get to see if Williams improved at all. We saw him be a bit more aggressive once he caught Quintana and closed the show well.

Doesn't change the fact that he lost to Quintana.

It works both ways, but I remember many members saying how Williams was hyped as the most avoided fighter and that he was not the goods when he lost to Carlos. It is not that everyone thinks he is that good, but he deserves a chance to redeem himself in a rubbermatch win or lose. Whatever excused Williams had for his lost or Carlos for his lost, they both deserved a rematch. I for one am not a member who thinks Carlos is great just B+. Again, even if he beats Williams in a rubbermatch, then what. Cotto will still beat him. That is why I feel that Cotto should be elevated to linear champ when he beats Margarito. No hate coming from me, but a rubbermatch after a tune-up will resolve the matter. Good luck to the better man.

Faster is now more convincing fashion?

Ask Carlos which morning after he felt better on.

I'm not to sure on who is better between Paul Williams and Miguel Cotto, but one thing is set in stone.

Paul Williams is an elite level operator and deserves nothing but respect for avenging his first career loss. That's what champions do.

It took 13 rounds for Williams to get the job done. Thats not as convincing as Cottos 5 rounds.
