    I've searched for this supposed story and I find nothing.

    There's no evidence that Clenelo is sueing anybody right now. Sounds like FAKE NEWS made up by La Chica. I thought that Clenelo would have to be really dumb to do that ... made no sense to me. It'd be a moronic move.
