Who are some fighters that you can think of that had a loss or two early but became more dominant for the remainder of their careers?
Only fighters that I can think of that remained unbeaten for the rest of their careers after a few loss would be Salvador Sanchez and Carlos Monzon.
Lomachenko could very well be that fighter as well, a dominating force after learning from a loss. People like to sh#t on him for losing to a guy lik Salido in his second pro fight but keep forgetting about other ATGs who also lost very early on.

Wladimir Klitschko is the best example I can think of.

Johnny Nelson is the best ever example. If you don't know look up his record.

Sanchez is my pick too. Bhop became great, but wasn't unbeatable. Same with Gman McCellan lost a couple then went on a 5 year streak.

Pac was just another fighter first five years, then next five- did seem unbeatable.

    Wlad, as everyone is saying.

I might also say Daniel Jacobs could come close to fitting the bill. Which is kind of stupid because he just lost to Golovkin, but he looked very powerful and damn near unstoppable in that loss. And if Jacobs rematched Golovkin, I’d have to bet on Jacobs.

Joe Louis perhaps? He lost to Schmeling early on in his career, and improved considerably after that. Wasn't beaten for another 14 years after that. Didn't lose once in his prime.

Rungvisai lost his first two fights. His third fight was a draw. Now he's beating up elite fighters.

Agreed, think he made his debut at HW if memory serves but as he says himself he never believed in himself early on in his career, defeats sub par performances in his first title fights too, he overcame a lot.
