Campbell has come on leaps and bounds from their first fight IMO. I think he'll beat Mendy pretty comfortably this time.
He’s on a 10 fight winning run since 2015. I believe Campbell will beat him, however I think with the benefit of nearly 3 years hindsight, it wasn’t such a terrible loss.
Yeah I think Campbell beats mendy by UD next time. Campbell is a much better fighter than he was back then
Preparation wins fights, I don't think Campbell's mind was on the job the last time. Mendy was pretty handy as well. UD for Campbell this time round. PS.. Can't believe it has been 3 years since that fight.
I’m going for a Campbell stoppage. I honestly think he’s one of the most naturally gifted British boxers at present. Good fight him vs Mikey Garcia.
Shame it's not for the vacant WBC title. I'm a person who hates excuses in boxing losses, but I think Campbell genuinely had an off night in the first fight he really didn't seem like himself, so it'd be good for him to put that straight. I think Campbell wins but I can't see him stopping him it'll be points.
He’s right up there mate. Really skilful fighter. Seen a few people slag him off on here and they’re entitled to their opinion, but I really rate him. He had the beating of Linares, maybe if he hadn’t have had his personal tragedy right before the fight, things could have gone differently.
Not sure, to be honest I think that was probably Campbell at his best. Style wise he was a tricky customer for Linares. I'm not saying I'm right but Luke was probably inspired before the contest and performed even better as a result of his loss. In a similar sense to Buster Douglas over Tyson. I could easily be wrong though but it is a possibility.
Last fight was like a man against a boy he just walked right through him and Campbell had no answer. Will be very different next time, look forward to this.
