You missed my point, I’m saying that in our day and age earning titles in different divisions isn’t anything amazing. I’m pointing out that even an average fighter like Broner can lay claim to being a 4 weight champion. It’s meaningless. If a fighter was an undisputed champ in 8 different divisions then that would be spectacular. Nobody gives a **** if a teenage Pac grows up and moves through divisions winning paper titles.

Gamboa for a start is more athletic at featherweight than Pac.

Errr.. have you watched Pacquiao? There was no point in his career that he was as dominant as a Roy Jones or Lomachenko. Apart from his run with Ariza when he destroyed DLH, Cotto and Hatton. Is that Pac’s prime?

Pacquiao dominated Barrera and Cotto. Making him more dominant than either of those 2. Dude came up from Flyweight.

Pacquioas physicality was much more imposing at 126 than Gamboa.

People do care about 8 titles. That's why its constantly mentioned. 8 is not 4.

He turned pro when he was a child, so I don’t care what he did as an undernourished child.
Those two were favorable stylistically for Pac, two left handers who fought orthodox. Hence no straight right hand kryptonite for Pac’s southpaw. What a strange argument to point at two different fights at different stages of his career as evidence for his ‘dominance’. You would have a near impossible mission to make that a cohesive and convincing argument.

I never hear anybody talk about winning 8 titles. I wasn’t even aware of that fact until you told me. Floyd has won lots of titles in different divisions as well, it doesn’t mean ****. I remember Hopkins at middleweight with his 20 defenses and unifying, that was an achievement.

What would you say if someone fought both Pac and Gamboa at 126/130 and said that Gamboa was faster and more powerful? Because that fighter exists.

Lomachenko has been a surprise. He continues to make easy work of decent boxers we might have to consider him being ATG along the same tangent as a Morales and Marquez who gave Pacquiao problems.

Can he give Pacquiao problems? Based on what i can see. YES! A big yes. If Lomachenko beats Tank and Mikey I would have no problem picking him to beat Pacquiao.

Pacquiao is always dangerous but was outboxed by Morales and Marquez. Remember Lomachenko has 400 amateur experience and an olympic gold medal and now a WORLD CHAMPION in only a couple of fights and making fighters quit.

I think with that pedigree, it's already impressive.I think he is a special talent.

Agree, but even then it took Pacquiao round to do so. Makes sense that a prime Loma could go some rounds with Pac.

Loma's chin is a mystery. How would he deal with the brute force of a Pacquaio punch :confundio:

If Pac keeps him on the outside where he can't pepper him with flurry's , its his fight since i reckon he's better from range than Loma is.

It's so unremarkable and easy to do that it's unlikely that we will ever see an 8 division champ again. In order for Lomachenko to match the 8 divisions, he would need to capture a belt at Super Middleweight. Or if you don't count Pacquiao's vacant title grab at 154 at a catchweight of 150, then Lomachenko just has to capture a Middleweight title at 155 (or CaneloWeight).

I'm new to boxing? You clearly don't even know the rules! Or at the very least have conveniently forgotten them.

'You cannot hit below the belt'.. Is this one of the rules?

No style in the amateurs can prepare u for what Salido was doing. Why? Because what he was doing time & again was illegal. Is this incorrect? Incompetent referees cannot be prepared for either.

Experience! Evolution! Allow for it! Amateurs are different. Try again.

Of course MP still a young work in progress but he was pro 4 years, 26-1 & was a world champion when he was destroyed by Singsurat! Pretty much the same age as Gervonta Davis when he first became champion....

'Salidoe doe' Do u really think Loma is the same fighter he is now as he was in 2014? Yet your teeny minds continue to hark back to it.. That 'loss' has a huge one of these * attached to it! But if it helps you sleep go ahead.. Lomas about to make history

Or alternatively start as a malnourished teenager in the Philippines, drain down for years then hook up with Ariza. For a start he wasn't a 'champ' in 8 divisions. He held belts in 8 divisions, which means absolutely nothing since even Adrien Broner can claim 4.

Isolating subjective relative determining variables, arbitrarily quantifying their value and ranking them is still the ultimate sign of someone being completely ******ed.

So your saying Loma improved a lot with only 3 more fights than all those fights he had as amateur? Lol style make fights , Loma will always have trouble with a come forward volume puncher with good skills Prime Pacquiao had that and more... Btw Salido was not PRIME tho, The Salido from the Lopez fights gives Loma a bigger beating, If old shot war torn Salido could handle Loma imagine what a prime Pacquiao does...
