The first fight did a crazy number of buys 690K if reports are to be believed. Not many PPV's in the UK do that many, so it's possible it will do less. But having said that I was very surprised at how many people turned out for the public workout that place was filled to the rafters. Maybe it will do the same, maybe a bit less, maybe more.

well whether people like it or not Haye sells. Hearn knows if Haye wins against Bellew him against AJ will break all PPV records in UK. Hayes KO style the casuals just love it and they know its going to be entertainment. Fury vs AJ will be not as exciting. Haye is a PPV fighter and always will be.

Haye would have to look amazing in this fight to get an AJ fight now.

Hmm I don't know. A decent KO would do, he'd be ideal for AJ at this stage, well past his prime and injury prone etc plus a name the casuals post pub sniff crew all know. Lot easier than trying to sell Povetkin to Joe ClubGoer.

Before his injury in 1st fight he landed some haymakers. Bellew even acknowledged everyone. He didn't shake his head...didn't hurt.
He shrugged. Yeah U got me. Good one.
Haye didn't hurt his hands, so how will he hurt him 2nd fight If Haye takes his time ? Doesn't that lessen his chance to land more blows in succession?

I'll say this goes the distance. Haye by decision. Robbery or legit, I can't say.

I think people don't realise what a catastrophic injury a ruptured Achilles is. For Haye to keep going is pretty impressive.

The injured Haye couldn't box, counter, defend or anything else really. He threw wild punches knowing his only chance was to get lucky but throwing hard punches is pretty much impossible with out being set into the ground..

Same with taking punches, Haye should have been pretty easy to get out of there and took Bellow's best yet Bellow couldn't move him..

Now this time Haye is coming in lighter and has said he is going to box and take his time and seems to be taking Bellow very seriously unlike last time..

If Haye is 100% Bellow should be very concerned..

Not because it wouldn't sell, it would be a big domestic fight even at this stage of Haye's career. He's charismatic, mouthy, has a great showreel and there's still enough memory of his exploits that it would do decent business.

I just think the cancellation hurt his credibility in a big way. Coming on top of all those other injuries, the time out of the ring etc. It would be a big risk to gamble on him staying fit till fight night and AJ now has other options and the demands of all those mandatories to fit in.

Please no trilogy or mention of Haye v AJ......

And for those 2 reasons alone, War Bellew!
