It might have. But Haye was outboxing him and controlling the fight until he got into that stupid exchange.

Haye had a tremendous career and was great for British boxing. An annoying sod at times but he laid the foundation for Femi's mega loot. An ignoble end but he needed the cheque.

But if there’s another multimillion pound PPV out there, who could blame him?

Haye should now put his energies into his boy Joyce - who needs to improve his skills (rather than trying to bludgeon his opponent as in his earlier fight) and also needs a personality transplant (that being a huge challenge).

Totally agree. He should genuinely try to make waves in the promotional game but tbh I don’t know what his true intentions are. He never announced his retirement there. It wouldn’t shock me if he continued to box ffs.

The one fight that Bellew could win is Povetkin. If he wants it - AVENGE David Price...

As a long time David Haye fan, it's disappointing to see him lose to a fighter the caliber of Tony Bellew.

Prime David Haye was something special. I don't understand how he lost the ability to position himself.

His right leg looks like it was being dragged. Plus his recent arm injury. Rehab and the time off are simply too much. IDKY David would choose to continue fighting without being able to maintain a healthy body... but I don't think David Haye will retire yet.

    Lmao Povetkin KO inside 6

The greatest thing to come out of this fight is the final nail in the coffin for Haye.

Haye is 100% done. No doubt about it.

And I hope by putting this in writing, he won't ever trick me again into thinking he could pull something off.

No one give Bellew any credit the last fight, well apart from a few. Now hes done it again, people here STILL cant give him credit. He boxed excellently. End of!!
