What do you make of him? How far can he go?

The guy is relentless with the pressure, quite slow and cumbersome but seems a very heavy handed clubber. I can see him giving a lot of guys problems.

Lenroy Thomas is no world beater but hes a tough journeyman and joyce roughed him up good and proper yesterday.

You pretty much summed it up..

Really depends on his chin because he looks like he will get hit a bit once he get up in class.. Definitely got power and just walked through Lenroy like he wasn't there..

Yes he will definitely get hit, on the face of it he looks very awkward and amateur but given that this isn't the greatest heavyweight era I think he could do a lot of guys over with his sheer size and relentless slugging.

Looking forward to seeing him in with someone decent.

Him vs miller would be a right slugfest.

I'll think we'll see very soon how good he actually is. Winning commonwealth title in 4 fights and calling for Chisora before - clearly wants to go places quickly.

I just don’t see him troubling AJ/Wilder/Povetkin/Fury/Ortiz. But as said before he’s commonwealth champion after 4 fights. He’s 32 so he’s on a fast track so we will soon find out.

I think him vs Whyte is a good match up.

Would like to see him with Miller!

I think Whyte would deal with him at the moment but could be a fight for next year

Big, overrated power, wide open, uncoordinated. Imo, he will be lucky to reach 10 fights without a loss. His amateur win has blinded people thinking he can replicate it in the pro's. Turned pro to late too, will have all his amateur traits forever now. He fights like he's not too bright also

Looks very clumsy for such a decorated amateur and so I've not really been impressed so far, but credit to the level off opponent his faced so early with the exception of that 6'10 mountain of lard he faced prior to Thomas. My first thought after the Lenroy Thomas fight was about how bad Dave Allen must be.

I saw Usyk easily out box Joyce, he boxed circles around him, made him look like a fool! Usyk toyed with him..................I was surprised as Joyce is 6 feet 6 inches tall, and out weighed Usyk by a ton! Usyk is only 6 feet 3 inches tall, a cruiserweight! It was one hell of a mismatch............................

If Joyce fights Hughie Fury same thing will happen to Joyce.

Maybe Joyce has improved since the Usyk fight. I don't personally see that cruiserweight having the potential success Joe might accomplish, at heavyweight. Usyk's punch resistance will deteriate quicker fighting the bigger guys at heavyweight. The improvement is there with Joyce, he's got the natural size, to make him a formidable fighter.

I think Hughie may beat him.

Box and move, try to stay off the ropes as much as possible so he can't club you to death.

Let Martin Bakole get him first, he will do what Usyk didn’t stop him

I think Joyce looks terrible technically but is effective as a come forward attacking HW.

With that style though, he doesnt make it to the top of the sport. He does have the potential to fight for a world title belt though. Alot depends on how he is matched, whether he can improve defensively, and which route he takes if he has the sufficient ranking points to start being a mandatory.

If I was pushed to predict now I would say he will become a European champion (meaning he is above Chisora), but lose when he challenges for one of the main world title belts.
