I doubt 'not enough money in the pot' is the true reason. Heck look at 140 lbs.

But the higher the weight the bigger the egos. Hard to find 8 top names not affiliated with Haymon at LHW . You can forget Jack, Adonis, Alvarez, Browne and Beterbiev entering this tournament.

 

I suspect that with the right money Haymon might let his fighters enter, especially Beterbiev who is stuck ... lately he's made up with Arum so anything could happen IMHO.
