I wouldn't be so excited right now, the unfortunale weather and sudden snow fall caused some ski resorts to reopen the gates so I wouldn't be surprised with news that Golota just hit the tree and will not fight this year anymore ;)

Joecool said Golota may fight in August on Showtime, so if that is really gonna happen, I'd expect a fight to be announced no later than a week or two, as we're already about half way into June. A big win for Golota in August will be a nice birthday present for me.

    :party

What about a Brewster rematch?:huh I know that sounds risky but why not? Brewster has slipped a bit since being losing his title and had to be saved from the Wlad rematch and both guys are active in trying to rebuild their carrers. Im up for it!:good

JC may say there is nothing to gain from this but I feel there is. How about respect? Even better........self respect. Imagaine how the G man would look after Avenging an embarressing loss like the Brewster loss?:huh

Brewster could/should have been schooled by Golota. He went for it and landed his bombs early... he got lucky, as he did against Wlad.

If they fight, Golota pummels him the distance.

Due to the lack of Golota news lately, I figured a quick call to Ziggy may enlighten us a bit, but unfortunately, he didn't have anything positive to tell me. No possible future opponent or fight date. The only glimmer of hope he revealed was that Golota definitely wants to continue & that next week, they are gonna sit down & try to work something out.

    Keep the Faith!:smoke

Even though he was talking like "mums the word", he did seem pretty positive that something will get done soon.

    I tried. Thats all I can do.:good
