Remember no fighter in the sport is daring to be great like Loma. Joint fastest to ever become a world champion, the fastest to become a 2 weight champion, and now the fastest ever 3 weight champion. And it's not like he's stacking the deck so the playing field is heavily weighted in his favour when he's been winning those titles. Nor is he fouling the crap out of his opponent and needing to rely on illegal tactics to do it either. He's winning them with good old fashioned clean boxing. Three weight champion in just 12 fights.

Linares was huge in comparison to Loma damn.

Loma doesnt have that Reach that could make things easier for him, or control distance.

Yeah Crawford will finally be fighting against people he doesn't carry a 10+ lb advantage into a fight.. this is really when we see what Crawford has p4p.

It was a very close back and forth fight. Linares is good, not great and he made Loma look very human not as much as Salido but he Arguably won 5 rounds.

In case you accuse me of hating, I'm a big Loma fan and have had him #1 P4P since Walters.

Yeah but the ONLY reason people gave it to Linares, the only reason ANYBODY gave it to Linares, was because it was an "improvement round" for him, but he still very clearly lost it, just by a narrower margin than he lost all the rest, which creates an optical illusion and tricks gullible people into scoring it for the loser because they over-compensate for how much narrower the margin is than what preceded it. Very common fallacy, afflicts even some generally qualified longtime scorers, but a fallacy nonetheless.

Loma is probably drug tested with more frequency than the rest of the western born fighters.

True that, Horn will be a stern test at Welterweight. The big problem seems PBC has most of the top Welterweights

2001 Floyd was probably refined enough to work out Loma. At hat point, his punch selection was better and his ring IQ was at that point where he could have found holes in Loma's D. Wouldn't be easy, but I still think the best version of 130lb Floyd probably shades Lomachenko.

I had it close, just not sure how Linares could have been up by 2. Apart from the knockdown I had Linares winning 7 & 9 with 1 & 2 being close. Still though you'd have to be very generous to Linares to give him all the rounds he could have been scored.

From time to time, we've differed.

But I would say we've agreed on more than 80 %, maybe 90 %, of all the rounds we've both scored.

CTS is recovering from his (druken ?) scoring of AJ/Parker.

The kid is back on form.

Loma's not even allowed to taste the canvas after eating a perfect straight right hand down the pipe from a longer, bigger, harder hitting and highly talented and much more experienced opponent who has really fast hands and was either #1 or #2 lightweight in the world and despite the fact that this is Loma's third weight class and it was his first fight at the weight lol.

Yep, indeed for some reason they showed a clip of Glory 53. Kiatmookao vs. Ezbiri, the latter KTFO in R2 by a peach of a head kick. (was actually the inner shin that landed, bang on the chin, shattered the dude's equilibrium)
