How on earth did Loma get KD'd with such a simple shot

It was a flash KD. Loma wasn't dazed or anything not a big deal at all!

 

That's what I find interesting about boxing. Your world can change in a flash, whether you are a champ or a chump. I thought Loma responded well, though. Even though he takes calculated risks he is conservative by nature. Sizes up his opponent for the first two rounds then starts to exploit perceived weaknesses. Gauges speed, distance, etc.

 

Actually Lomo told me today that he took the shot and went down ON PURPOSE so that boxers, promoters, and internet trolls would think he is vulnerable. Very smart move, IMO.
