But this is their new P4P list... 1) Golovkin 2) Lomachenko 3) Crawford 4) Alvarez* 5) Garcia Didn't expect them to keep GGG at the #1 spot as Lomachenko seemed to distance himself from them with his latest win and record. Looks like this actually came from their ratings panel instead of Oscar having a hand in it.

Lomachenko was their p4p #3 before the Linares fight, so now they have moved him one step up. It's fine for me.
I'll add two more reasons. Jason Sosa beat Javier Fortuna by crushing late KO, Fortuna arguably just took Easter's 0 and didn't get the nod. And no that's not an unpopular opinion. Check the RBR. I was probably generous to Easter and he only took it by a round on my card. And I hate Fortuna. Marriaga arguably took Valdez's 0 and didn't get credit for that either.
