Would make sense to make Frampton Vs Valdez for WBO then unify Vs Warrington.

I think he wants to go up anyway.

And his manager basically said he wants a couple warm up fights when he does comeback. So he has to doesn't he?

Yep Valdez to vacate and then Carl to fight for the vacant WBO title in August at Windsor Park?

Arum would have advised frank that Valdez was going up some time ago- that’s why frank got his mates at the WBO to sort the Interim title for the Donaire fight.

Now frank will be able to get Carl a fight with somebody in the top 15 for the full title, menwhile give Warrington
a steady defence in Leeds then probably pull the trigger on a Frampton v Warrington unification when he can pay both kids well and secure a big fight for BT.

Very clever promoting assuming everything goes to plan.

As far as I know arum has stated Valdez is NOT moving up. Why would he ...he is quite slightly built and was dwarfed by Quigg.

I see them both having fairly safe fights for 12 months then Frank heading back to Elland Road for the showdown between them.

More likely they fight sooner rather than later. Cant afford to wait. Certainly not wait a full year. Carls in a hurry age wise. Warringtons not proven. IBF could scupper the whole thing by enforcing a mandatory at any time, or some unknown hard nut 'voluntary defense' could beat Josh etc etc

No, better to do it now...bird in the hand and all that!
