I may be pessimistic, but doubt it. Hope he did so. I would have been naive to implement such a stipulation, honestly. Given recent pull outs one would hope fighters like Murray near the end of his career would be wise of the dirty or unfortunate tricks the game holds. It's an interesting point, as perhaps clauses should be enforced by the BBoC to protect B-side fighters through what can be expensive, mentally and physically arduous camps. A percentage of the purse bid held back and protected or something along the lines... economy is not my strong point, but hate to see honest fighters fked over.

Bet bjs latest "injury" miraculously heals overnight if he gets GGG or Canelo. Good old Billy "no fans" Saunders.

What I don't get is if it is a genuine injury why isn't it not just postponed for now till the injury heals or Murray at least giving the chance to accept a new date.

Everything does kind of point towards them doing Murray over. Shocking if true. Warrens needing to give the game up.

Disgusting. Who cares if you're injured, it's an impact sport - you still fight. You don't fight once every two years!

Just look at warren recent form. No opponent for Frampton ...no promo support for terry

Flanagan ....now he shafts Martin Murray. A record to be proud of eh?

    Seems like a right tosser.

warren is just an old crook, how people say he's better than hearn is beyone me
    - shocking undercard for warrington selby, with the worst production ever and promised to announce Fury's opponent but didn't
    - Flannagen's fight keeps getting moved around
    - fury's opponent is a joke
    - Frampton hasn't got an opponent for windsor park
    - he said warrington and frampton could fight at windsor park this summer, but instead he's gonna milk the 2 fan bases and make the 2 avoid each other
    - 2 pull outs for saunders
    - only put 1 show on in the first 3/4 months of 2018, and it was a york hall with prospects vs TBA

A more comprehensive list of warrens ....er..."shortcomings".
I can't for the life of me understand why Frampton went with him.

It's a shame for Murray. Hard done by when at his best, deserves a final pay day or 2 now that he's spent.

Not going to sugarcoat it though, that's all it ever was. A pay cheque for Murray and a work out for Saunders. Personally, the fight held no interest for me. It's **** for the punters who bought tickets but hopefully Warren can line up someone half decent for Murray if the show's still going ahead. Maybe they'll actually get a competitive main event for their money now.

To that end, hopefully the 'injury' isn't legit and simply represents the insurance needed to finalise a GGG or Canelo bout. If that's the case, the greater shame is Saunders not being able to go into a bout of that magnitude as an active fighter as it likely wouldn't happen until September if it's GGG.

So BJS has pulled out of 3 fights now. There comes a point where you no longer get the benefit of doubt.

he probabay hates hearn deep down and wouldn't want him to be in charge of him, it's the only explanation for him chosing warren and BT over Sky and hearn

I’m equally as irritated as most about this latest cancellation, but just to add abit of balance to your comments.

    - Fury’s opponent would have been dog muck whether it was frank, Eddie or fat mick promoting. You surely couldn’t really have been waiting in expectation for the official announcement on the Warrington card? They made it the next day or 2 - who cares, he’s facing a bum and we all pretty much knew the opponents name Beforehand anyway.

    - it is not true that frank promised they the Selby/Warrington winner would meet Frampton in August at Windsor Park. He was always non commital about the possibility.

    - there was some production/tech issues for Warrington - was is really a big deal. It’s franks first stadium show in donkeys years so it’s not surprising a few relatively minor mistakes where made. Again, it’s no big deal.

I pretty much agree with all your other comments.

Tbf Haye entered the first Bellew fight knowing his Achilles was done. He abides by the Warrior’s Code however, declared himself fully fit and fought like a gladiator. Haye would laugh at this “hamstring” excuse. The only times Haye has pulled out is for cuts or serious injuries, like his shoulder which required reconstructive surgery. None of this ***** Mickey Mouse stuff.
