There’d be no fella in the middle repeatedly saying “shake hands lads, shake hands” whilst sticking to the Marquess of Queensbury Rules. It would be BJS getting rugby tackled onto the floor and teeth sank into his face with a flurry of blows. And that’s just by mad benny.

There are an abnormal amount of 'pull outs' on his shows now and its putting fans off from buying tickets/hotels etc which seems in turn to be causing more 'pull outs' due to the low ticket sales (i.e bogus injuries) ...

He really needs a run of shows with none of this ****....It seems to be almost every show is moved dates/venues/bills/fights!!!!

 

Only 2,000 tickets sold up to the cancellation is the rumour.

However what did Fish eyes expect- BJS can’t draw flies and Yarde is still not prepared to fight anyone with a pulse. You would need a strong co main event to make it worth people’s while.

Also the fact that Fish eyes is on a long run now of no shows and cancelled shows, is surely impacting sales. He should ensure his future headliners are contractually so constrained they can be pushed into the ring in a wheelchair if required.

BJS isn’t a bareknuckle, abandoned warehouse carpark kind of fighter.

 

Are you actually ******ed, Billy Joe been bareknuckle boxing since he was 10 years old.

 

Well aware of BJS background matey. He just isnt a dirty, aggressive heavy handed kind of fighter. They generally make the best bareknuckle fighters.

Maybe bjs isn't the 'best kind" of bare knuckle boxer.....whatever that is....but I'm fairly damn certain that purely cos of his traveller roots alone he is vastly more experienced at it than Martin would be. Just saying fwiw.

Likely as not, pro fight amateur fight street fight or any other kind of fight....bjs wins.

 

Murray is just having a hissy fit because this is this last big pay day. He is a bum compared to BJS.

He was the away fighter against Sturm, Martinez, Abraham...had to go away to Monte Carlo and fight GGG before he was the real major name he is today. Groves was an undercard fight to Joshua-Breazeale, a low key headline fight at the echo arena against Rosado...my point is, he’s earned a modest living from boxing but he’s not had a major life changing payday. This was his last proper crack at it and he’d invested a load of money on two training camps, and spent time away from the family. He backed himself to win that belt when everyone didn’t think he could....and he has it pulled away and two fingers stuck up at him just to round it off. On a human level just for a moment, consider the context...he’s gonna whinge isn’t he?

Just to add, he’s had his day, but the words ‘bum’ and ‘Martin Murray’ don’t fit together.
