Fights in the crowd every event, shite undercards, farcical main fights, dodgy judging (most of the time). Franks' on borrowed time as a top-tier promoter and his shows just scream low budget.

 

No doubt they shifted alot of tickets for this fight but the whole thing was awful (apart from Furys ring walk)

Hearn and Joshua are somewhere laughing at this trust me...and why wouldn't they be the whole thing was a joke.

I’ve been to quite a few Matchroom shows and every single one has a big fight in the crowd like that. Same with Warren, it’s what happens when you get loads of idiots who haven’t got a clue in one place drinking and snorting.

People seem to be targeting Frank for these crowd fights but I’ve seen men get clipped and literally roll down 15-20 steps like a kid down a hill at Hearn shows.

 

As if that fight would be on BT Sport

 

First time yes but after that I wouldn't be so sure people will pay again.

The novelty factor will not last long.

 

Frank should give it up tbh. His times up. Too far out of touch with the younger generation. Gives it a go but until he realises he needs someone New and young to front the business...the games up.

No one wants to listen to a sixty year old man unless your sixty. It is what it is. Badly needs to roll the dice with his stable. The day as of the wbu runs are over. Get them in deep if they fail its on to the next one. Pretty much eddies game plan. People criticize Eddie but hes always up for a risky fight. All frank seems to be up for is a safety first or an impossible job.

Needs to move with the times....fans more educated nowadays.

 

He can't even get the names of his fighters right. First he calls Warrington "Frampton" and now Seferi "Charr" - ON LIVE TELEVISION.

 

How many who bought tickets would be again in day October/November to watch a Fury fight?

It was a load of casuals expecting to see a white AJ. Now they’ve realised he’s not entertaining and to be fair he never has been.

 

Have to get him a proper heavyweight, out on the Frampton undercard in august that's fine for now being on undercards, still some weight to shift. Anyone know if Hatton in the corner will be a full time thing??

 

It was just a terrible terrible opponent. His size for a start was absolutely comical. His weight at 15st is just an over weight Cruiserweight. Tyson tried to Justify it by saying well Mike Tyson was small - this guy is not Mike Tyson! Even the name Sefer Seferi from Albania is a bad. Complete wrong opponent and that was down to Warren. Everyone thought it was a farce to start with and thats what it turned out to be.

 

Matchroom promotional cards are just as crap but in a different way.
