It was always obvious to me that Horn was "average world level" at best. But i get that it must be frustrating being an Australian boxing fan Im not going to roast you for being patriotic
It's not the trainer, Horn simply doesn't have ANY of the talent needed to simply compete. Whatever you thought you were seeing you WEREN'T or you don't know what you're looking at and looking for.. Horn is a tough guy, nothing more and nothing less. Very tough guy
Crawford is arguably the best p4p fighter in the world along with vasyl & GGG. No real shame in losing to elite, great fighters that are on a whole different level.

It's difficult to see things objectively. You like what you like and you see what you want to see. Many did not see flaws in Horn because he is a fan friendly guy that is tough as hell. Those same fans failed to realize the skills that Crawford posesses. As a result you got blind sided. We're all human and emotion, more times than not, drives our decisions. Nothing wrong with giving your support to a man like Horn.
Australia never will reach it's previous levels in boxing - Muay Thai and MMA have exploded in this country in the last twenty years with boxing getting a bit of overflow interest. You look at Australia's past and current Muay Thai champs and the numbers don't lie.

Yeah you've produced some quality kickboxers over the years. And a few top notch boxers too. One of my favourite Aussie boxers is Jeff Harding. Not much natural talent at all but by god was he tough. That guy's head must've been made out of rock or if not that his cranium must've been as thick as a gorilla's.
It's much easier to pick the winner of a boxing match when you pick with your head...instead of your heart. It's fine to be nationalistic/parochial, but it doesn't change anything that is going to occur in the actual fight. Some of my fellow Aussies have been pretty ****en embarrassing this week. No surprise...it happens with every big fight now.
I haven't even watched the fight yet, but I was a little surprised that so many people could watch 2 minutes of Horn and two minutes of Crawford and say Horn was going to win the fight. When I watched him fight I though of a 150lb. novice with 15 amateur fights imitating Calzaghe. He's a decent athlete and a very tough guy, but not really much of a fighter.
I posted on here over and over and over again that Horn was a fraud! He can't fight at all! Uncle Bob set Pac up, cheated him with his judges, the ref wanted to stop the fight as Pac beat the living hell out of Horn. All Horn did was headbutt, hold, wrestle, elbow, low blows, he has zero talent! A kangaroo would knock him out! Horn was there to make Crawford look good, Arum would never allow Crawford to fight Spence or Porter, are you crazy? Crawford wants not part of Spence or Porter, nor a healthy Thurman.......................Danny Garcia is finished, he has nothing left except his idiot father's diarrhea of the mouth! Crawford can find an kangaroo from Australia to fight in his next fight and there will be many would would pay to watch that farce! Bob has created another channel to get even more money from the ignorant fans....................I will watch Crawford vs. Spence or Porter, that's it..................
