    Thank ya sir. I will definitely add that into my routine. I am really at this point in time just wanting to improve my boxing as much as possible and stay in decent shape. I know that without conditioning you will not be able to box very effectively.

    Dribble tennis ball for 2 rounds at the end of each workout. great for coordination.

    Most useful:

    Good old fashioned sparring
    Anything that engages the core
