Tough one to call but I would have to favor Woodley early because of his power but if he doesn't hurt Colby will he exhaust himself in the process?. The thing I like about Covington is how relaxed he is in his relentlessness but can he take a punch from Tyron and continue to move forward? I have to wonder who the better wrestler is but stamina plays a huge role and I would give the edge to Colby after two rounds of grappling . I'll go with Woodley in two rounds or less and Colby if it goes beyond that.
I think Woodley will stop him because Covington has the tendency sometimes to come inside with his chin too high and i think he will land with success knocking Covington out. I don't think Woodley's gas tank is that bad tbh. I think a lot of people overrated RDA's win over a past it Lawler and have assumed RDA is now at his best at welterweight. I think the reality is he's very shopworn and on a fast decline. Also, wrestlers are problematic for his style so Covington was more comfortable.
