If Crawford was a natural 160 pounder would he beat GGG?

good grief... a fading Pac who's closer to retirement than contention for any title. OK....

Beating Bradley and Vargas leading up to that fight should tell you something.

Pac was defending a title, not in contention.

I'm talking about going forward. PAc's title days are done. Now....I HOPE I am wrong on that, as a huge fan.

    Skills pay the bills
Crawford fighting out of the southpaw stance would trouble GGG, the same way Jacobs did
It would definitely be a very good fight

Ugh. I hate to say it but I think Pac goes out like Roy Jones Jr. Getting KOd over and over

I disagree that Crawford has more skill than GGG. Crawford is faster on his feet and has better handspeed, but other than that GGG is far more well rounded than Crawford is. Crawford's defense and jab aren't all that great.

And yet they both had the same flaw that Golovkin and Crawford exposed...

I'd need to see Crawhype in with a genuine A level world class puncher his own size first

Gamboa KO 56% - Cuban Leprechaun and Crawhype had 7lbs on him
Postol KO 40% - Crawhype had 5lbs on him
    Indongo KO 46%
Diaz KO 40% - Diaz had 4lbs on Crawhype
    Burns KO 30%
Beltran KO 48% - Crawhype had 6lbs on him
Horn KO 60% - Crawhype had a least 5-7lbs on him
Molina KO 65% - Molina was heavier
Klimov KO 42% - Crawhype had 9lbs on him
    Dulorme KO 59%
    Jean KO 63%
    Lundy KO 39%

Sure KO% can be deceptive but GGG is A class, highly skilled, and a savage puncher with a KO 87%

Crawford is a better inside fighter and is better on the back foot. He’s a better counter puncher. He commits to the body more. He’s a more skilled one punch fighter. A sharpshooter. He’s better defensively. Has beaten more champs. Has gone undisputed. He’s already done things Golovkin will never do.

If Golovkin fought a bigger man that pushed himself back, he would look like a fish out of a barrel because he doesn’t have p4p skills. Golovkin doesn’t even have Brooks level of skill. Only reason he won was because of size.

Without taking anything away from Bud, when he finally fights an elite fighter, a lot of questions will be answered. Let’s be honest, howcome cleaning an empty division and beating a crude fighter like Horn gives you the right to be proclaim the best P4P boxer on the planet? Sadly, this is the logic some that some boxing fans are using ATM. If he fights Spence Jr, you’ll see Crawford in a zone he never experienced before.

Do some posters really think if Crawford were a natural MW, he's have all the same attributes as he does now in a his lower weight?
