So just for a bit of fun I've thought of some matchup that include an mma fighter v boxer in boxing as if the mma guy had turned pro right now here are the rules. Each fighter gets 4 months to train with one of the best pro gyms around and have good sparring. In some of these matchup there will be weight differences slightly to aid the mma guy all fights over 10 rounds

    Here we go.
Conor McGregor v Sam eggington at 160
Darren till v Lennox Clarke at 180
Ngannou v Oliver McCall yes now
Cody gardbrandt v kiko Martinez at 135
Jose aldo v Kenny daws at 147

All I know Floyd beat Mcgregor in boxing when Floyd was over the hill and Mc gregor was in his prime

Not sure of MMA guys abilities in their chosen sport. All i know is any MMA fighter without a strong boxing background would struggle to win an area title in a 4 month turnaround period. Take Connor McGregor as i have seen him box, Peter McDonagh would beat him at 40 years of age.

Garbrandt would do well in boxing imo. He's very quick with a lot of power, think he had an amateur boxing record of 32-0 or something.
