It's been interesting seeing opinion swing on this one. The initial air of Postol being the danger man and this being a risky fight for Taylor seems to have evaporated in favour of Postol being 'a bit past it / wasn't that good to begin with', at least if betting odds are any reflection of general consensus.

I'm starting to sway in that direction myself. Maybe it's because of what Postol did to Matthysse that's holding me back, one of my favourites at the time. I'd also put Postol's last fight down to the kind of performance you sometimes get when a fighter picks a young, hungry and undefeated opponent to comeback against after a bruising loss. I'm not so sure now, I definitely didn't see it as the clear robbery some claim it to be but maybe Postol is shot and that flattered Najmiddinov. I haven't seen enough of him to say either way.

I want Taylor to win. Whether it's a close fight and real test for him or he blows Postol away with youth and skill, just as long as the outcome's the same. I'm still nervous about this one though.

It’s a massive test for him, there’s no doubt about it but at the same time he is THAT good so should win fairly comfortably.

I said earlier that josh has a puzzle to solve in postols ability to control the space betwewn him and josh.
Josh has to take that lead hand away from viktor.
Josh needs more head movement than he has at the mo, hea not static by any means but id like to see more

Gave 3 to Postol. It's like if Taylor pours it on, can see him troubling Postol and taking over. However, Postol has invested well to the body already, experience there if this goes into the later rounds.

Very impressed with Postol so far I have to say. Bodywork going to pay dividends the further this goes on.
