Where does Amir Kahn's hand speed rank?

Probably the 1,000,000,009 time this subject has been brought up.

 

Top 10. I'd say Taylor, SRL, Ali, Camacho and RJJ had faster hands.

Now that I think about it, Khan has a lot in common with Meldrick Taylor. They both had lightning fast hands, but poor defense and ring IQ.

 

Raw hand speed it ranks high.

 

Because Khan has a lot of haters and all they think about is his glass chin, people never will give him the credit he deserves. He has the fastest hands of all time, I've never seen somebody faster, if we are talking about pure raw hand speed that is.

Amir Khan is a big disappointment. He had great hand speed and skill. but never a gameplan. So he eventually was knocked out.

 

But he does have low ring IQ and a shockingly bad chin.

 

How would you guys rank the hand speed of these guys?
