Wilder never had any intentions of fighting Joshua. Don't be fooled by his talk, Deontay and his management are fully aware that he would be knocked out. Maybe he'll cash out against Joshua in a few years, but for now he'll continue to fight limited opposition and avoid decent prime heavyweights like Whyte and Parker.
