AJ v Povetkin

AJ would have NO CHANCE against the Povetkin of 3 years ago.

They have timed it right, in his last 2 fights he seems to have FINALLY aged, which is what they were waiting for. Before that they would never ever even dare mention Povetkins name.

Despite him having slowed down recently, I STILL expect Povetkin to knock him out!

 

A 39 year old Povetkin minus the PED’s obviously isn’t the same as in his prime but never the less he is far from an easy fight for any of our current heavyweights.I am assuming that Hearns and co are ensuring that drug testing is part of the arrangement ? I there is a assumption that probably based on the Price fight that Povetkin’s whiskers aren’t as tough now ? Let’s not forget despite Price’s weaknesses he does have good power and anyone can be hurt.AJ has to be intelligent and probably boring as far as the audience are concerned keep it long and grind out a points .
