    Who are likely for Super-Middle?

    Jose Uzcategui
Fedor Chudinov(back in action this month against Mohameudi)
Andrade has expressed big interest in taking part and being free agent gives him bigger cash flow.
Jesse Hart has previously expressed his desire to take part and Arum has said that he would support Hart in such bid.
    Korobov

    Might enter:

    Azizbek Abdugofurov
    David Benavidez
    Anthony Dirrell
    Vincent Feigenbautz
    John Ryder

    Who is out?

Groves and Smith will not going to enter. Ramirez and Degale look unlikely as well. Degale is certainly out. Gilberto Ramirez is certainly out after he beat Roamer Angulo. Avni Yildrim/Mock winner is unlikely at this point in time because of timing of their fight. Tyron Zeuge/Rocky Fielding pair winner is unlikely as well because of circumstances. If Zeuge beat Fielding, he won't enter but if Fielding wins he might enter but he wouldn't be the straight favorite to enter because he might fight Ryder in a rematch. Andre Dirrell is certainly out I think he is too over the hill to take part in a tough competition like this.

P.S. Purse bids for the Degale/Uzcategui clash set for July 5th. This gives enough time to Uzctagui to take part in new season fo WBSS. Uzcategui will enter even if he will lose to Degale.

168 is fairly thin to be having it there again. It's not like it was a thick division in the first place.

They should have done another Cruiserweight one, it really worked with it being full of big punching beasts. It's a very stacked division..

    Denis Lebedev
    Krysztof Glowacki
    Maxim Vlasov

Those 3 plus any 5 from this

    Kevin Lerena
    Andrew Tabiti
    Arsen Goulamirian
    Constantin Bejenaru
    Yuri Kashinsky
    Alexey Papin
    Illunga Makabu
    Michal Cieslak

It would be iteresting for hardcore fans but don't see how it would be a sucess. But supermiddle on other hand has ring to it, due to last missing many name fighters. But there are several weights in discussions at the current time for the third weight.

Light-heavy was seriously considered. Super-welter was shortly discussed. Than there is another oprion for third weight class, lightweights but as of now super-middle looks like the favorite for third weight.

If you ask me, the repeat of super middle looks like the easiest to make.

If they're going back to 168, which was a shallow field the first time around, they better have a couple aces up their sleeve (unless the total payout of the tourney has decreased dramatically).

It has, the 50 million budget was for 3 or 4 seasons not for 1 season like some thought. But I expect some aces to show up, Uzctegui and Anthony Dirrell springs to mind. Anthony Direll has expressed the interest to take part. Korobov was promised to enter the first time and promised to be a reserve and he once has been promised place if repeat of super middle comes to fruition.

Count me as one of those who thought that... Also thought it was absurd and couldn't be real but somehow never had that super clarified.

Uzcategui, Dirrell, and Korobov would be very nice names.

Prograis will enter the WBSS if he wins next saturday.

    Prograis
    Martin
    Taylor
    Relikh
    Troyanovksky
    Yigit
    Baranchyk

So with Maurice Hooker being unlikely to enter, I wonder who will be the final participant. Lipinets perhaps?

If SMW happens, I would expect Korobov to shock everyone and win it.

Hopefully not, the first session of 168 in WBSS was grossly under talented. The division isn't that thick to begin with, and we already know that some of the guys who are good won't enter, just as they didn't last time. They should leave 168 out of it.

And you think cruiser is full with talent either? Right now there are bunch of Eastern European and Russian guys and Hunter Jr and Tabiti from states, do you realy think this would be a good choice? Super-middle two would draw together the best or most of the best, so that would be a success.
And light-heavy is a no go because of Beterbiev's appeal and Stevenson's activity as the champion.
