I like Yarde a lot. Powerful, aggressive, wih a fast, deadly left hook.

He's been a little wild & undisciplined for most of his career, but I thought he looked much better in his last fight.

If he continues to settle down & think more, then he definitely has a shot, but that's gonna' be a TOUGH division in a year or so.

He'll be an afterthought by then. A curtain jerking journeyman like Buglioni and Ajisafe.

Very hard to say until he fights someone decent, for instance we all liked Taylor but up until he fought Postal and won it was hard to judge

    Can't see it.

He'd looked the business albeit at a very low, light punching, smaller journeyman level.

I also think he's packing glass and once it's cracked he'll be Britain's boxing next Pele Reid.

We already know Yarde isn’t world class. World class fighters don’t get tagged as easily he has been by journeyman.

I think Yarde has chin and stamina issues and despite the powder puff matchmaking, he will settle down in his career at British level only.

Interestingly enough he has avoided the best of British fights offered to him like Buglioni and Hosea Burton in favour of facing more eurobums. There is certainly a lack of confidence that his management has in him.

Maybe international or Commonwealth or interim champion, that's it. Every current LHW or CW champion quickly exposes Yarde

They might find a low hanging vacant strap, for which he has to beat a ranked 80 to 100 to claim it, but otherwise it's quite unlikely in this field.

Taylors opponents have been far better than Yardes. Plus great amateir pedigree. We knew he was world class before Postol but we don't even know if Yarde can hang at domestic level!
