Who Stands Best Chance of Stopping Comeback Foreman?

Tua may have been danger of being caught by Foreman but had a good chin, it would have been a war, Lewis would have been bothered by Foreman`s jab like he was vs lesser fighters like Bruno and Mercer, so he would stand off and outbox Foreman or risk being KO`d because of his chin. Foreman had a good chance of beating Tyson in `95 because he became easier to hit and might have gassed, at times it would be similar to his second fight with Bruno but Foreman`s chin was better than Bruno`s. I never watched Ike fight so that leaves Bowe who I feel was a harder puncher than Tyson because he stopped Holy, I feel Bowe would have the best chance of stopping Foreman but it would be a war because Bowe was easy to hit, his chin was pretty good so I feel he`d pound Foreman until the ref stops it. A prime Tyson would have tore Foreman apart without being touched, too fast in every area of the game.

Lewis is the best choice by far & there was virtually 0% chance of the fight being made. Welcome to the wonderful world of multiple belts in the same division.

I think Sanders was another guy to avoid. Southpaw straight puncher for not much $$ is not getting made. George wanted easy to hit guys.

None of them. Mentioning ike and tua was laughable. Lewis would be smart and would outbox old foreman he would not take the risk and bowe would be in danger himself because he loved go to the war and it is not a good idea against even an old version of foreman. I don't think that anybody would stop a 1990 foreman. But if you ask me who had the best combination of power,hand speed,accuracy and reach enough.(combo puncher) then it was joe louis

Only ones on that list , would be Tyson 87'88' or Bowe at his best. Remember Holyfield stunned Foreman badly and had him reeling a couple times during their fight. Holyfield didn't hit with the power of Bowe or Tyson. Tyson and Bowe had the hand speed plus the power to do a lot more damage then Holyfield. And like Holyfield they both had the aggressiveness. Tua could be lathargic, Lewis probably would be over cautious , Ike Looped his punches and would give Foreman that split second to , block , or ride his punches.

Holyfield in 1991 had longer reach than tyson ,was as accurate had much better stamina, Tougher mind ,much better chin and much bigger balls, if tyson gets catched with this shot like foreman did with evander then he would be in serious problems. Oh don't get me wrong, the two I named would have the best chance. But I agree with you Tyson's mental make-up probably would cause him to loose even to past prime Foreman (also too a fighter like Liston) Tyson wouldn't intimidate a Foreman or Liston. And that would be half the battle right there. And Foreman with that great physical strength would push Tyson off balance then nail him(like he did with Frazier) .
