I think so too lol. We'll see how good Canelo's win over Smith is. Smith could give him issues. Canelo toyed with Smith. Can Jaime outperform Canelo?
It was never a good win, just a cherry pick. Smith is a straight line plodder and Munguia is a very hard hitter, recipe for disaster.
Smith is C level but will have opportunities to counter and rock the kid a few times other than that Jamie should stop him mid rounds
You know... the closer this match gets, the less and less I think this'll be a walk in the park. While I think Munguia will ultimately win, the main reason I picked Munguia over Ali is due to size and clear power disparity, but Beefy could probably make Middleweight quite easily, and his chin is solid, Liam has sharpened up his jab quite a bit since the Canelo pasting and has attempted to diversify his game a little, the only reason I think Munguia will win is his power edge, which will start having an effect in the middle rounds, but it wouldn't shock me if he was down on the cards when and if he scores a stoppage.
Yeah but at same time smith has a real hard time making weight plus look at first Williams fight he was getting easily out boxed till he started rough housing him, he will not be able to rough house Jamie plus he’s a slow starter so I can see jamie coming out like a bat out of hell and trying to catch Liam early.
There's a 50% chance I'l be bumping these comments A bum doesn't beat Liam Williams twice and go 10 rounds with Alvarez and give him a decent fight - he landed plenty of shots on him. Munguia is no Alvarez, and Smith is no Sadam Ali!
Munguia will physically take one to give one at times. I think Smith gets broken down. Canelo exposed Beefy ribs Beefy Ribs on the menu for Munguia
You might be right, nothing would shock me, but like @Bustajay said, Munguia leaves himself open, Liam can crack, that may make Jaime a tad bit apprehensive early, and force him to re-evaluate his strategy, but Jaime will get it done eventually.
