Let's not forget AJ has never actually beaten a real champion The IBF was held by Charles martin who got the belt through Glazko suffering a freak knee injury. Then he got the rest of the belts beating a old worn out Wlad for Tyson Fury's belts and now he holds them belts hostage.
Would you count Parker as a real champion? By your criteria, Wilder has never beaten a real champion either, seeing as Stiverne got the WBC belt by beating a shot Arreola that he had already beaten the year before.
Yes Parker, I forgot about him I stand corrected. I give you Parker. That's the only champion he fought. Stiverne was a weak champion, but he was a champion, he wasn't handed the belt on a plate like Martin or Fury being stripped.
SRL cameback after a 5 yr hiatus & detached retina problems to beat a all time great middle weight so your point is invalid Tho he had a belt AJ was still a prospect & kinda green & tho no longer the best HW wlad was still the second best & became number 1 in the world after fury retired so yes its will always be considered a great win & definitely a better win than wilder especially if beats wilder easily which is very likely Fury got up to maybe 400 lbs & is coming off cocaine addiction of course he needs rounds false equivalency And if wlad was shot fury at least shouldve got a knock down & or atleast land 1 damn flush punch
Stiverne is as much as a 'real champion' as Martin. Both won vacant titles, and neither managed to defend their title just once. Joshua/Wilder pretty much won their first title the same way....... The difference between the two is what happened after though. Joshua has fought top 10 fight after fight, Wilder hasn't.
All the facts point to Wlad being long in decline prior to his bout with Joshua. That said Wlad did put in a surprisingly solid performance vs AJ. Therefore Joshua does deserve some credit for getting the W but not as much credit as he would have got for beating a prime Wlad.
Wilder fought top ten fighter after top ten fighters. Funny how Molina is a top ten fighter when he fights AJ but is a bum when he fights Wilder! Btw unlike Charles Martin, Steverne s opponent didn't suffer a freak injury and have to quit midway through the fight. Anyway there is no reasoning with a blind matchroom fanboy prostitute. You're probably one of Eddies paid agents hired to spread propaganda on here to hype up and defend his fighter's to the hilt. You're one of the worst posters to disgrace this forum that I've come across and that's saying something. You have no qualms twisting facts, lying and falsely making up arguments which you accuse others of making. You're right out of Eddies school of slime.
And yet you can't post evidence of this..... Yet I provide quotes to prove you wrong time and time again. Molina is your only example of Wilder fighting top 10? Molina is a trash fighter, that is top 10 US, but not in the World. Please stop diverting every thread when you get proved wrong....It's pretty embarassing.
Last 8 opponents Ranked by WBC.... Joshua...... Povetkin (Signed to fight) - Number 3 Parker - Number 6 Takam - Number 14 Klitschko - Unranked due to retirement Molina - Unranked due to medical reasons Breazeale - Number 2 Martin - Number 8 Whyte - Number 1 Willder...... Ortiz - Number 4 Stiverne - Number 15 Washington - Number 27 Arreola - Unranked (Retired) Szpilka - Number 32 Duhaupas - Number 18 Molina - Unranked due to medical reasons Stiverne - Number 15 See @Sephiroth Rising 7........Your opinions are getting exposed again by facts. "Wilder fought top ten fighter after top ten fighters." A lie. "Funny how Molina is a top ten fighter when he fights AJ but is a bum when he fights Wilder!" He's not a 'bum', but he's domestic US level which nowadays is one step up from bum. He's not an impressive win for either....But he's one of Wilder's best!
I really haven't the time to play your silly games today. You lied about about Joshua fighting top 10 ranked fighters after top ten fighters but this is really getting stupid and petty and really you're a few steps away from going on my ignore list.
5 of Joshua's last opponents are ranked top 10. Klitschko would be ranked above the likes of Martin too had he not retired. 6/8 opponents have been Top 10 therefore..... "Joshua has fought top 10 fight after fight, Wilder hasn't." - Facts prove me to be correct again.
You didn’t specify that his last 5 opponents were top 10. You made a false statement. Regardless it doesn't change the fact that AJ went around and collected belts from paper champions.
