He seems like a smart guy who is going to do his own thing. The expected progression would be self promote and work to break the USA but why bother if you can get everything you ever need letting Matchroom/Sky take the strain and living your own life in the UK?

 

He had the chance to make 50M Minimum on one fight in the US. It could have been a smash and grab. Joshua knocking Wilder out in Vegas, making a minimum of 50M getting Global Attention and then returning to the UK.
