    Jimmy Thunder was dropped and stopped by Chris Byrd. So yes, that's a myth about Samoan granite based only on Tua's career

    There is no "myth" I come from that part of the world. They can all hit but go down like a sack of **** when they get hit back. Tua is the exception that proves the rule.

    I was there when he made his pro debut on the Jeff Fenech v Marcos Villasana undercard.

    KO4 Niko Degei (Degei stopped on his feet).

    I thought at the time here's a guy with the ability to do something in the heavyweight division.

    Only time I've ever thought that watching boxing in Australia.

    That was a huge left hook and a lot of fighters wouldn't have got up after shipping that. IIRC, Parker wasn't even on wobbly legs when he got back up either (could be wrong about that) and his head seemed to clear very quickly.
