Thats what I see in him

    Not any Elite Physical skills

But ELITE Technician, very calm & patient, Very good Defense, good Power, Counter puncher by nature

I believe Mikey has slightly better punching power

Marquez is a much better combo puncher while Mikey more or less a 1-2 puncher...

    Both also started at 126, & won titles at 126, 130, 135, 140

Watching the Easter fight live, Bunny was barely able to hit him with any thing of significance. I think he landed a few good shots on Mikey in a RD but that's about it.

Like Marquez, I belive he is tapped out at around 135. Once he goes to 140-147 he gives up huge size advantages.

The 147 talk to me is crazy he needs to clean out 135 & 140 1st...

Do what he can to make that Loma fight, thats a career defining fight. If he wins it could be like Marquez win over Pac...

Any version of Marquez would murk any version of Mikey.

Please don't compare a certified ATG to a guy who hasn't beaten a single great fighter.

    I respectfully disagree.

At his best, JMM is probably the best Mexican technical boxer I've ever seen. Accuracy, aggression, counter timing, movement and ring generalship are all miles ahead of Mikey.

Dude it took time for Marquez to get that good, plus he had the greatest trainer in boxing history since he was 6 years old to help. Mikey comes from a tight knit family that has a combine 50 years of knowledge under their belts. Mikey can surpass Marquez and become what Marquez always wanted to be, a 4 division champion.
JMM has yet to become a welterweight champion, Mikey is on his way to fight the guys that dudes already at 147 are ducking.
I already think,no I know, Mikey can beat Danny, Shawn, Amir, and he wants to face Terrence and Errol. If Mikey Garcia was from buttluvastan or some other former Soviet wasteland many of you would be using his image as an avatar and talking about how he would destroy Mayweather and Ward or some ****.

I think its fair to compare him to jmm. Obviously jmm has the big wins on his resume, but we have to wait and see what Mikey does.
Marquez took a while before he got the big fights too, that's another thing that's similar between the two.

Mikey isn't Manny Pacquiao's biological father.

Mikey's resume surprisingly closer to Marquez's than you'd think it has any business being. 'Lil Mikey has definitely been doing things.

Mikey has done literally nothing as a pro. JMM is superior in every aspect of boxing you can think of. Mikey has a bigger head literally and figuratively but that’s about it.

Mikey is a stylistical nighmare for marquez imo. Both technical fighters but one mixes it up a bit, while the other is fighter that likes to get his shots off first and then move away, and reset.

I feel that Lomachenko and Garcia will have an epic trilogy.

In the fourth fight both will go for KO.

You blaspheme. You must drink 4 Fundador con Coca and eat 3 quesadilla de sesos as penance and hire mariachis to serenade your girlfriend at 3 in the morning as an act of contrition.

loma and mikey should pass thru pac to gauge them at 137 and 140 respectively before going for crawford and spence.

He's Salido's biological father who's Lomachenko's biological father, and that makes Mikey Loma's grandfather. And if Lomachenko fathers Pacquiao, Mikey becomes Pac's great-grandfather.

It’s hard to picture Mikey getting outboxed by Chris John and Freddie Norwood. I could see Mikey losing to Pacquiao, Floyd, Bradley and Barrera though. So I guess they are similar in that way.
