If Izzy V. isn't too beat up from his trilogy then I'm prety sure he beats the young JuanMa right now. I don't really think Lopez is quite ready for a beast like Vazquez yet.

Not too sure how good Juan Manuel's chin is. If he can take a shot maybe he makes it the distance and loses a wide UD. If not, then Izzy is gonna knock his block off.

I'm going on a serious limb and saying Lopez because I'm banking on the probability that Vazquez has too much mileage on himself to withstand a great puncher like Lopez.

How would JuanMa take a Vasquez left hook though?

I take Izzy in this one, providing he isn't shot after the Marquez trilogy.

**** Izzy's right hand I think is more lethal than his left hook. Either way both hands are strong. Izzy I think could frusterate JuanMa if he gets in Really close and gets that leverage into his shots. He isn't going to be able to land anything on JuanMa if he tries to keep a distance with a taller southpaw. The height advantage creates a gap as it is, add that to that they're southpaws and its even worse for Izzy. If Izzy stays in JuanMa's power range he is in serious trouble.

They're both prety dam lethal but considering that Lopez is a southpaw, his right will probably do more damage here than his left.

i don't know i'm still think that vazquez is not the real deal and is overated, His size was the main factor of his victories over Marquez. the only thing tha t i think the is making Vazquez win are his heart and his fighter do no have granite chin. He was losing to a bum after his third fight with Larios and won a very cloe one. He beat Larios, impresive win, thn fought a super flyweight in Ivan Herandez was lucky that gonzalez was china chinned because he was getting outboxed badly, then he fought a smaller Rafael.

Both R. Marquez and Izzy beat Lopez right now but Juanma seems to be the future of the division!

    I'm not sure who to pick . . . it's another 50/50 fight for me . . . but I'll root for Vasquez.

Juan Ma's chin is untested that's the biggest hidden factor here.

Freddie Roach advised Izzy to not face Rafa again after their 1st fight because Izzy was starting to slur his words. That was from Steve Albert before their 2nd fight.
