I mean, there were fouls and IJL is known to be a **** poor ref.

But not enough to consider overturning a decision or anything like that. These dudes just love a montage

They might want to overturn the idiotic decisions behind Parker's passive tactics in his previous 3 fights.

DW was fouling a lot to be fair, but it’s professional boxing and you need to be rough and tough enough to handle yourself in the ring- Parker spent too much time allowing himself to be bullied.

Having said that, Team Parker should be embarrassed making an appeal that’s going to go nowhere.

 

Parker for want of a better word is a pus sy and allowed himself to be bullied and that's why've he lost.

This was a FIGHT, a WAR. Not a fairy slapping contest. They knew that there would be dirty tactics, they knew it was always going to be like that. If they don't want it, they don't take the fight. Simple as that. They knew what they were in for when they took the Whyte fight. Pathetic

After a re match

 

Dilian was dirty but it was a sensible decision to take Parker to the trenches, and keep fouling until he was deducted points.... which never happened. I think with a different ref, Parker might have won... but the time to complain was during the fight.

This appeal gives the impression that Kevin Barry was just passively watching the fight, as if he had no appetite for protesting and getting involved for his fighter at the time, and would prefer to edit footage and make a nice montage afterwards.

 

Embarrassing. Instead of the 'hey buddy' stuff in the corner, Kevin Barry should of gone all Teddy Atlas on Parker and lit a fire under his ass. I like Parker and his team but they all need a change now.

 

Why not kick off at the time?

They accepted it all meekly and now expect to get a successful appeal?
