    Yeah no fundamentals Jonas needs a boxing coach not a fitness coach there’s two coaches in Manchester that spring to mind who teach boxing techniques they are Oliver and Farnell both excellent coach’s

    I think Gallaghers gym is on the slide they
    with respect Jamie was an inside fighter and coach’s that style if you look at all his fighters they fight in that way Jonas needs a coach who can teach her the fundamentals that’s why I suggested Oliver and Farnell
