There was a fight were Makhumodov took part in AIBA PRO were he won but it was removed also because of copy rights and it was a meat grinder type of fight but I don't remember against who. Makhumudov was all bruised and messed and all that but didn't go down and won the fight in a close slug fest.

Well, many don't know that Andy Ruiz Jr demolished by Hunter in three rounds in amateurs were Andy was in buffed up shape(rare occasion right?!) and I saw that fight in it's entirety and Andy couldn't do nothing to Hunter. He never hurt Hunter in that fight but Hunter hurt him badly to point were he was on bamby legs for two rounds until the eventual stoppage. This fight was also removed because of copyrights.

I saw the highlights of the fight that is all I have to say and Arjoui won by vicious KO. He was handling Majidov in that round before the eventual stoppage. There was a full fight available but it was brought down because of copyrights as well as expected as majority of AIBA PRO fights were.

I've only found this so far.

I'll keep looking to see if I can find any info about the fight you're talking about

'Azerbaijani super heavyweight Magomedrasul Medzhidov beat home favourite Mohammed Arjaoui on an absorbing night of International Boxing Association (AIBA) Pro Boxing (APB) Cycle I Round 1 action in Marrakesh, Morocco.

After eight rounds of immense quality, two judges awarded Medzhidov the victory with cards of 78-73 and 78-74, while the third judge scored the fight a draw.

Despite competing in a hostile atmosphere, the two-time world champion looked composed from the outset, knocking down Arjaoui towards the end of the second round with a fierce left hook after a closely-fought first.

Buoyed from the support of his fans, Arjaoui recovered well from the knockdown and began to make his way back into the fight using lateral movement and picking his shots well.

But Medzhidov’s power was clear for all to see, with the force of his shots so strong that his Moroccan opponent did not feel comfortable attacking too often.

Arjaoui took the fifth round on all three scorecards as Medzhidov seemed to tire, but he could not maintain the momentum, and ultimately fell short.

Medzhidov now moves onto Cycle I Round 2, in which he will meet four-time Romanian national champion Mihai Nistor, who defeated Russia’s Magomed Omarov.

The contest was stopped in the fourth round due to a head injury suffered by Nistor, who secured a split decision victory based on the scorecards up to that point.

Elsewhere in Marrakesh, Turkish debutant Ali Eren Demirezen enjoyed a dream APB debut as he stopped France’s Tony Yoka, while Germany’s Ali Kiydin earned a fourth round TKO success over Egypt’s Ahmed Samir.'

They have fought three times in amateurs. Two of them was in AIBA PRO, in one fight Medzhidov won and in another Arjoui won. Arjoui beat Medzhidov in a second meeting in AIBA PRO and the second bout was after the fight you posted the report about and Arjoui was in ripped up shape for the second fight, so no wonder he won he clearly is talented heavyweight. The second fight was in 2016. This was a semi final fight in AIBA PRO competition.
And in third fight Medzhidov won by 2:1 scoreline that means two judges favored Medzhidov and one favored Arjoui. The third meeting between them was after the second fight and it was last year.

P.S. And actually I have posted this info before. I wrote about this fight in a cruiser/heavyweight thread which I made in 2014 and whom I have been updating all these years.

Yeah I know Medzhidov beat him twice, once in that PRO league and in he beat him in the Olympics, too, but I can't find any info about their third meeting you're referring to, I'm not saying I don't believe you, btw, but I just haven't found any record of it at all yet.

This is a photo of them fighting in the Olympics

lol no need to be so defensive, I didn't say I didn't believe you I said I haven't been able to find any info about it yet. I'll keep looking as there's got to be something about it somewhere out there.

I highly doubt Majidov got knocked out by some Morrocan bum. He had a totally Granite chin.

If it happened SURELY there would be at least one article or something!

@houmzz you've probably got this wrong.

Everybodys memory fails them sometimes. I usually have a great memory but even I make mistakes sometimes.

If there's no proof anywhere on the whole internet of it. Then you can't expect people to believe you. Plus it's not very realistic as Majidov constantly faced the best super heavyweights over and over and never got dropped.

I don't have to prove you wrong because I know what I saw and I saw brutal KO. You just write like a fan and I understand that.

what do you mean 'like a fan'? lol

It's the equivalent of someone saying Filip Hrgovic got brutally knocked out by by Sefer Seferi in the amateurs, yet there is no proof...
